隱私權政策

兩端（Between）是一款只供兩位使用者私下使用的通訊 App。本政策說明我們收集哪些資料、為什麼收集、存放在哪裡，以及你可以如何刪除它們。
我們收集哪些資料
- 電子郵件地址：用於登入、驗證與找回帳號。
- 帳號識別碼：由雲端服務產生，用於區分你與對方的身分。
- 你建立的內容：文字訊息、照片、語音留言，以及聊天室名稱與邀請狀態。
- 通話狀態：通話開始、接聽與結束的時間。通話音訊即時傳輸，不會錄音或儲存。
- 裝置推播權杖：僅在你允許通知時取得，用於傳送新訊息與來電通知。目前版本尚未啟用遠端推播；啟用後會更新本政策與 App 的隱私清單。
我們不做的事
- 不收集廣告識別碼，不進行跨 App 或跨網站追蹤。
- 不販售、不出租、不交換你的資料。
- 不使用分析或當機回報 SDK。
資料存放與處理者
聊天內容、帳號與附件存放在 Supabase（Postgres 資料庫與 Storage）。語音通話透過 LiveKit 的 WebRTC 服務即時傳輸。這些服務僅依我們的指示處理資料，用於提供 App 功能。
傳輸過程使用 TLS 加密。請注意：目前沒有端對端加密，雲端服務管理者在技術上仍可能存取內容。
保存期間
資料會保留到你刪除帳號為止。刪除帳號後，你的帳號、你送出的訊息與你上傳的附件會從雲端移除；由你持有的聊天室會轉移給對方，若聊天室已無其他成員則一併刪除。對方手機上的離線快取需由對方自行清除。
你的選擇
- 在 App 內「設定 → 刪除帳號與所有資料」可永久刪除帳號與內容。
- 「設定 → 清除這台手機的離線快取」只移除本機暫存，不影響雲端資料。
- 在 iOS 系統設定可隨時關閉通知權限。
兒童
本 App 僅供兩位成年使用者私下使用，不適用於兒童，也不會刻意收集兒童資料。

本 App 透過 TestFlight 私下發佈。如有隱私相關問題，請使用 TestFlight 內的「Beta Feedback」功能回報，我們會在同一個管道回覆。也可以查看支援頁面。
政策變更
若資料處理方式有重大變更，我們會更新本頁內容與上方日期，並在 App 內提示。
Privacy Policy

Between is a private messaging app for exactly two people. This policy explains what data we collect, why, where it is stored, and how you can delete it.
Data we collect
- Email address: sign-in, verification, and account recovery.
- Account identifier: a cloud-generated ID that distinguishes you from your partner.
- Content you create: text messages, photos, voice notes, room names, and invitation status.
- Call metadata: start, answer, and end times. Call audio is transmitted live and is not recorded or stored.
- Push token: obtained only if you allow notifications, used for message and call alerts. Remote push is not enabled in the current build; this policy and the app privacy manifest will be updated when it is.
What we do not do
- No advertising identifiers and no cross-app or cross-site tracking.
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your data.
- No analytics or crash-reporting SDKs.
Storage and processors
Messages, account data, and attachments are stored in Supabase (Postgres and Storage). Voice calls are transmitted live through LiveKit's WebRTC service. These providers process data only on our instructions to provide the app's functionality.
Data is encrypted in transit with TLS. Note: there is currently no end-to-end encryption, so the cloud service operator could technically access content.
Retention
Data is retained until you delete your account. Deleting your account removes your account, the messages you sent, and the attachments you uploaded from the cloud. Rooms you own are transferred to the remaining member, or deleted if no other member remains. Offline caches on the other person's phone must be cleared by that person.
Your choices
- Use "Settings → Delete account and all data" in the app to permanently delete your account and content.
- "Settings → Clear this phone's offline cache" removes only local copies and does not affect cloud data.
- You can disable notification permission at any time in iOS Settings.
Children
Between is intended for two private adult users. It is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect children's data.

Changes
If data handling changes materially, we will update this page and the date above, and notify you in the app.
